Scope of delivery: Mechatronic System “Cube Assembly Pro”, mounted on aluminium profile plate without trolley, hydraulic version, in working condition, 29 connection cables (3 m).

This compact mechatronic system depicts a complete structured automatized assembly process. Here, the manufacturing steps of feeding, material testing, transporting and handling, pinning, pressing and storing are realized.
The applied workpieces are cube halfs of aluminium and plastic. Unlike to the „Cube Assembly Compact“ system, the cube halves are being pinned automatically before the pressing process. To achieve this, special Functional Units are applied for turning of the halves repeatedly and to insert the pins.
The system is assembled by single mechatronic Functional Units of the mMS series and is suitable for teaching of qualifications in automation technology and mechatronics.
The system is available as a construction kit of unprocessed semi-finished material, as an assembly kit of ready processed parts or as a ready assembled system in working condition. Depending on the qualifications, which are to teach, you can apply the kits or the finished system.

Each mechatronic Functional Unit is providing extensive action-based project documentation to support the lecturer by a competent introduction as well as by putting the action-based work into practice. For working on the material kit, additional help is given by manufactural drawings, material for work planning, didactical keynotes and many other documentation. For the assessment of students you are supported by control- and evaluation sheets as well as guidelines for shop talks.

Station 1 (Conveyor) consisting of:
2 stack magazines, 1 conveyor belt long, 1 testing unit, 1 service unit, 1 operator panel mounted on aluminium pro. le plate 800 x 550 mm

Station 2 (Processing) consisting of:
1 handling device with z-axis, 1 hydraulic press, 1 conveyor belt short, 1 portal, 1 pin station, 1 turning station, mounted on aluminium pro. le plate 800 x 550 mm

Station 3 (ASRS) consisting of:
1 handling device with z-axis, 1 automatic storage and retrieval system (ASRS) comprising of each a vertical- and horizontal axis with shelf unit mounted on aluminium profile plate 800 x 550 mm
